Description

Root Pex is a ready-to-use oil-based root canal paste containing Calcium Hydroxide and Iodoform.
It combines the strong antibacterial and disinfecting properties of Iodoform with the biological and hard tissue stimulating effects of Calcium Hydroxide.
The oil-based vehicle ensures sustained release, stability, and long-term activity inside the root canal.

Directions for Use

  • 1. Prepare and clean the root canal thoroughly.
  • 2. Dry the canal with sterile paper points.
  • 3. Apply Root Pex into the canal using the supplied applicator tip or Lentulo spiral.
  • 4. Do not overfill the root canal; leave adequate space from the apical foramen.
  • 5. Seal the access cavity with a suitable temporary filling material.

Warnings & Precautions

  • For professional use only – by licensed dentists.
  • Avoid contact with skin and eyes; rinse immediately with plenty of water if contact occurs.
  • Do not use in patients with known hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients.
  • Keep out of reach of children.

Storage

  • Store in a cool, dry place at 15–25°C.
  • Keep the syringe tightly closed after each use.
  • Do not use after the expiration date.
