Description

Paste Plus is a ready-to-use, water-based calcium hydroxide paste containing Barium Sulfate as a radiopacifier.
It is specially formulated for temporary root canal filling and intracanal dressing, providing antibacterial action, biocompatibility, and radiopacity for easy radiographic verification.

Indications

  • Temporary intracanal dressing during endodontic treatment.
  • Root canal disinfection in infected cases.
  • Treatment of periapical inflammation.
  • Stimulation of hard tissue formation and apexification.

Directions for Use

  • 1. Prepare and clean the root canal.
  • 2. Dry the canal with sterile paper points.
  • 3. Apply Paste Plus into the canal using the supplied applicator tip or Lentulo spiral.
  • 4. Avoid overfilling; leave a safe distance from the apical foramen.
  • 5. Seal the access cavity with a suitable temporary restorative material.

Warnings & Precautions

  • For professional use only.
  • Avoid contact with skin and eyes; rinse immediately with water if accidental contact occurs.
  • Do not use in patients with known hypersensitivity to any component.
  • Keep out of reach of children.

Storage

  • Store at 15–25°C in a dry place.
  • Keep syringe tightly sealed after use.
  • Do not use after expiration date.
