Product Description

EDTA Plus Solution is a 17% Disodium EDTA solution specially designed for root canal irrigation.
It acts as a chelating agent, effectively removing the smear layer, softening dentin walls, and facilitating penetration of irrigants during endodontic procedures.

Contraindications

  • Not for patients allergic to EDTA or chelating agents.
  • Avoid direct contact with oral soft tissues.
  • Not suitable for direct pulp capping.

How to Use

  • 1. After mechanical instrumentation, irrigate the canal with EDTA Plus Solution using an irrigation syringe with side-vented needle.
  • 2. Allow solution to remain for 1–3 minutes.
  • 3. Rinse thoroughly with sodium hypochlorite or sterile saline.
  • 4. Repeat as needed until canal preparation is complete.

Storage

  • Store at 15–25°C in a cool, dry place.
